Select sum of values

Select sum of values

I have a table product with columns id , stock, rate.
now i want to get list of product with sum of stock and average rate.
out put in oracle sql will be like
id stock rate
-------------------------
x 4 12.00
y 5 24.00
z 8 6.00
---------------------------
17 14.00
